Authorities reported that the driver of the Honda CR-V, identified as 28-year-old Brieonna McGinn of Massapequa, was taken into custody following the incident. Police stated that McGinn was charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) in connection with the crash and was scheduled to appear in First District Court in Central Islip.
